krodh kaa raambaan elaaj: yogaasan

kyaa aapko atyadhik krodh aataa hai? chhoti-chhoti baaton men apnaa aap kho dete hain? to phir apne jivan men yogaasan laaea aur dekhiye kamaal


krodh ko chirkaal se hi manushy kaa sabse bdaa shatru kahaa gayaa hai। krodh ke hi kaaran vyakti kaa vivek gum ho jaataa hai aur akasar gusse men aakar ensaan apni jindgi ke bahut hi galat phaisle le letaa hai yaa phir bahut hi khtarnaak kadam bhi uthaa saktaa hai।

aise men yogaasan aapki bahut madad kar saktaa hai। yogaasan ko krodh kaa raambaan elaaj kahaa gayaa hai। ham aaj aapko es lekh ke jariye bataaange, ki kaise aap yogaasan ki madad se apne krodh ko dur kar paaange। yog ke niyamit abhyaas se hamaare sharir ke vikaar dur hote hain।

yah hamaare sharir men ek nayi urjaa kaa sanchaar karte hain। eske alaavaa niyamit rup se dhyaan(mediteshan) karne se man shaant bhi hotaa hai aur kisi bhi chij men man lagaane men aasaani hoti hai l pratidin keval 20 minat kaa dhyaan bhi hame shaant rakhne ke lia kaaphi hai।

yadi aap gusse men hain, to turant hi gahri saansen lekar chhodnaa aapke gusse ko turant shaant kar detaa hai।ab ham aapko aise kuchh yogaasan bataaange jo aapke krodh ko dur karne men aapki madad karenge।

eske lia pahle apne donon ghuthnon ko modkar aur gardan, kamar aur apni pith ko sidhaa kar ke baithen। ab apni donon hatheliyon ko sidhaa rakhen evan apni donon tarjni ungaliyon ke agr bhaag ko anguthe se chhu len।

baaki tinon ungaliyon ko sidhaa hi rakhen। es mudraa ko kuchh samay ke lia banaaa rakhen। eske niyamit abhyaas se aap apnaa krodh shaant hotaa huaa dekh sakte hain।

eske lia aap jamin par aundhe munh let jaaan। eske pashchaat apne maathe se jamin ko chhune kaa pryaas karen। aap apni hatheliyon ko apni bhujaaon ke niche es tarah rakhen, taaki aapki ungaliyaan aapki bhujaaon ko lagabhag chhuti rahe। esi avasthaa men apne pairon ko sidhaa rakhne kaa pryaas karen।

ab dhire dhire apne sir ko pichhe ki aur lete hua saans len। ab apne haathon ki madad se sine aur sir par aage ki aur dabaav daalen aur saath hi apni saanson ko kuchh samay tak ke lia rok len, taaki saamp jaisaa aakaar bane aur aisi mudraa men 8-10 sekand ke lia rahen। ese lagabhag 5 baar dohraaan।
